Never too busy

Filed under: Uncategorized — andykiff @ 7:57 am

Hebrews 7:25 Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.

The old priesthood had one major flaw: they were human.  They died and had to be replaced.  They had to sleep and eat.  Even if the people of Israel had been able to keep all the commandments and sacrifices, the priests would not have been available all the time.  They offered an incomplete and intermittent service for covering sins.

Jesus is never too busy.  He is speaking out on my behalf and anyone else who comes to You.  He is active 24-7.  His intercession is permanent and his sacrifice is complete.  Through him I’m made clean in Your sight.

Thank You Lord that You so loved the world, that You so loved me, that You sent Jesus.
